Current Thoughts: Thoughts and Beliefs
Our physical state is reflection of our thoughts and beliefs surrounding our bodies, health, and fitness. If we believe our bodies our fragile then we will respond to an injury far different than if we believe they are resilient. If we believe that taking care of our fitness is something we do when our schedule allows, we will respond differently to a period of a packed schedule than if we believe physical discipline is a necessary virtue we must constantly develop.
Often we seek out tactical advice for improving our health and fitness: what workouts should I do, which foods should I eat, etc. Tactical advice is plentiful so why is it that people still struggle when giving the tactics of what to do? Their thoughts and beliefs are still out of alignment with what they say their goals are.
The foundation of our health is our thoughts and beliefs. If you’re on a journey to change your health, start there.
Things I like

| Fear of embarrassment is a major road block for joining a gym (especially joining group classes). The reality is no one is judging you. In fact, they’re rooting for you. |
