9/15/25: Misalignment Causes Poor Health, Knee Health, meat is good again

There are three reasons most people struggle with health and fitness — and none of them have to do with genetics or luck:

  1. Misaligned values – Deep down, health just isn’t that important to them. They might say otherwise, but their actions tell the truth. They’ve accepted the consequences — and often expect others to carry the burden alongside them.
  2. Misaligned information – They’ve bought into bad advice. Sometimes it’s innocent (following outdated or oversimplified guidance). Other times, it’s willful ignorance — clinging to comforting lies over hard truths.
  3. Misaligned relationships – The people closest to them don’t support change. Sometimes they mock it. Sometimes they sabotage it. Either way, you can’t out-lift your environment forever.

So ask yourself: which of these have you been exposed to?
And more importantly — which are you still letting shape your health?

Turns out meat is actually not bad for and doesn’t increase cancer risk. In fact, it may actually protect you against cancer. https://www.instagram.com/p/DN3Mkc8Zimk/
