Current Thoughts

Malnutrition is a serious condition resulting from a lack of proper nutrients or an excess of unhealthy nutrients. We know what happens to our bodies with they are malnourished. What happens when we apply this concept to our content diet? Our social diet? Our educational diet? Our experience diet?

Whether it’s lack of that which we need or excess of that which we don’t, what we consume shapes us, physically, mentally, emotional, spiritually, and socially. Choose your food with that in mind. Choose everything else with that in mind as well.
