Current Thoughts: One Hard Decision Is Easier Than Multiple Hard Ones
If you struggle to maintain consistency in your training, nutrition or other health habits, consider what throws you off. It’s likely having to make frequent difficult decisions that eventually fail to make in a way that furthers your fitness. In my personal example, I can’t resist sweet snacks at the end of the day. If I have to face them day in and day out, more days than not I’m going to grab a few snacks. Once I have one snack, I’m likely going to have multiple snacks. The way I address is is through one hard decision: don’t buy them. It’s easy to resist them if I don’t have to face them every day. So one hard decision prevents multiple hard decisions. What hard decisions are you struggling with that could be made easier by a single hard decision?
